Chris Langford
Managing Partner
Chris is one of the original proptech investors and founder of Lowe's Ventures. He has lead more than $1.5B in investments in the housing industries during his career and produced a top decile return in his inaugural venture fund.
He holds a BS and MBA from the University of Florida.
Dennis Steigerwalt
President - Housing Innovation Alliance
Dennis the most connected person in homebuilding and serves as the President of the Housing Innovation Alliance. Prior to that, he led SABIC's House of Innovation project where he helped to establish a $4B tech transfer office.
He holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh.
Richard Maltsbarger
General Partner
Richard is "retired" as the CEO of Pet Valu (TSE:PET) and as Chief Development Officer, COO, and President, International at Lowe's. He is currently a Board member of Michael's Companies and 4H.
He holds a BS and MS from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Washington University.
Marshall Croom
General Partner
Marshall is retired and a former executive of Lowe's where he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and other various roles during his 21 year career at the company. Prior, he was with Ernst & Young and the National Tax Office.
Marshall holds a BSBA in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
